Gospel sensation Sheila Addo shared her musical journey and the inspiration behind her new single ‘Testimony’ on Metro TV’s Entertainment Review.
When asked about the song’s conception, she revealed that it was a divine experience, stating that she didn’t deliberately sit down to craft the lyrics; instead, God gifted her the song, and she began singing it spontaneously.
Sheila Addo also mentioned that she has released four albums under her stage name Sheila A Addo, although promotional efforts were somewhat lacking. However, she assured her audience that she plans to revisit her older songs and re-promote them in the near future.
In addition to her musical accomplishments, Sheila Addo shared her impressive educational background, which left everyone in awe.
She attended Yaa Asantewaa Girls SHS and later pursued a BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology at KNUST. She furthered her education at GIMPA, studying Health Administration and Management, and then earned a BSc in Physician Assistant from Central University. She also holds a Master’s in Arts in Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary. Professionally, she works as a laboratory technologist and physician assistant.
